The Musée Rodin contains the largest collection of the works of Auguste Rodin, the renowned French sculptor.

The Thinker and The Kiss are two of the sculptures that can be found at the Musée Rodin. Many of Rodin's sculptures can be found in the museum's large garden.

In 1919, the Musée Rodin was opened in the Hôtel Biron in Paris.
Rodin moved into the Hôtel Biron in 1908. Later on in his life, he gave all of his sculptures, as well as works by Renoir, Monet and Van Gogh that he owned, to the French government, with the stipulation that they convert the hotel into a museum devoted to his work.

The works of Camille Claudel are exhibited in a room at the Musée Rodin.

You can visit the museum from Friday through Sunday, from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
